To assure coverage, your physician must provide proof that you need help with at least 2 of the 6 Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), which are:

Dressing

Bathing

Eating
-
Toileting
-
Managing incontinence
-
Transferring (to or from a bed or chair)
To qualify for this plan, you may not be receiving these services at the time of enrollment.
Home Health Care plans offered by Ohio Senior Insurance do not require prior hospitalization to receive these Home Health Care benefits.
And, this unique feature allows you to offset the cost of a Home Health Care Plan: OSI Plans reimburse you for medications at the time of the policy effective date, as well as from that date forward.
